50° Ceramic Dripper
The core concepts of this design are light roast, freedom and exploration.
Filter Papers
The two kinds of filter papers are specially designed for light-roast beans.

Light the light
Compared with the existing products, this dripper is adapted from three main aspects.
First, reduce the V-shaped angle from 60° to 50°.Given the same amount of water, angle reduction can raise the fluid level, prompting water to flow faster and preventing the grounds from over-extraction. It helps take away unpleasant aromas from coffee, make it cleaner and let more vivid nuance flavors to be developed and perceived, which in turn enhances its flavor complexities.

Second, displace the ribs for a simplified structure. When the water flow is not strong enough, the ribs are useless and even let the water pass the filter paper directly without contacting the grounds, resulting in under-extraction. After removal, extraction rate can be effectively increased to reveal fuller flavor profiles than before.
Third, change the level plane of the dripper to a tilted one with a delicate angle. Regarding ergonomics, more strengths are required to move in circular motion on a horizontal plane than on a tilted one to ensure a stable water flow in the brew process. After angle reduction, the arm is able to move in a circle slanting towards the inside, which makes it easier and more comfortable for baristas to pour the water because less strengths of muscles are involved. Thus, water flow can be better controlled, which it indirectly lifts the clarity and induces flavors of the cup.
Therefore, this dripper can make the coffee cleaner, softer and more flavorful with the same beans and unaltered pour-over factors.
